Anonymous questions

When you send someone a question, the person receiving it is never shown who you are. We do not store your name, email, or account alongside the question — a question record contains its text and nothing else.

To stop spam and abuse, our servers keep a one-way, salted fingerprint derived from your network address and browser. It cannot be reversed to identify you, it is never shown to the person you asked, and there is no feature — free or paid — that reveals who sent a question.

What is public

Your profile, display name, bio, photo, links, and any answers you publish are public and can be indexed by search engines. Your question inbox and any unpublished drafts are private to you.

What we collect

• Your email address, from the Google account you sign in with.
• The profile content you enter, which you control and can edit.
• Aggregate counts — profile views, questions, answers, shares. These are totals only; we do not record who viewed what.
• A device token, so we can notify you about new questions. It is removed when you sign out.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual questions and withdraw published answers at any time; withdrawn content stops being served immediately. To delete your account and profile, contact us.

Services we use

Google Firebase for authentication, storage, and notifications, and Vercel for hosting. Both process data on our behalf.
